Soffritto - Fresh Olive Oil & Balsamic

Fantastic local shop right in the heart of Mahogany. We are very lucky to have them near by (Mahogany, Auburn bay, Cranston, Seton, Copperfield and Mackenzie). They have a lot of delicious olive oils you can choose from, tons of balsamics, fresh gnocchi, ravioli, and other pastas. They even have tiramisu! Everything you can buy from this shop is absolutely delicious and 100% recommended, and most importantly most of the things (if not all) are made right here in Calgary. The customer service is A1! And the place is well layed out and extremely clean. Parking is not an issue, right there in from of the store. They even sell pizza ovens of all sorts. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I tried the Black truffle Gnocchi, the spinach and ricotta ravioli, the butternut squash ravioli, the bison bolognese sauce and the Tuscan Herbs olive oil. To be honest it is hard to choose a favorite. Everything was memorable. And to close up on a good note, a Lemon Tiramisu that is incredible.

Best charcuterie board hands down (special ordered twice now). Only needed a day to get one of them together so I really appreciated that. Great service. Lasagna was also delish. Highly recommended.

Always amazing. We have ordered charcuterie boxes many times from here. Always fresh, always delicious. The pasta and sauces here are always great, and staff is friendly.We ordered our NYE box on the 30th and it was ready by 1300 on NYE!

Great place for fresh pasta and different balsamic vinegars. Definitely going to need regular visits to try everything.

Great local shop and amazing products!! If you catch the owner or manager in they are always welcoming and willing to help. Everything that we have had so far from this store has been amazing. It’s also important to note that their accountability on their product is being upheld. They accidentally over cooked a pizza that we purchased and immediately recognized it without the client having by to make that decision. They made us a fresh pizza and also gave us the over cooked one as well. Accountability is everything in small business!! Thanks Soffrittos!!

I've got oil and vinegar from here and always impressed. I tried their bolognese lasagna today and it's EASILY the best lasagna I've ever had, restaurant or homemade. I bought a tray and planned to save half for lunch...I didn't and I'm not even sad.
