I could go on-forever to explain how amazing Dan Walters of granton gates and his work is . One of the most professional , genuine , and skilled workers I’ve ever come across . He has been servicing and maintaining my over a decade old gate that is on its last legs & still has come and treated the gate with respect and has given us more time to use our gate . It all started when my gate only had two remotes left , two lady bug style remotes that no longer are being made He came all the way from his area which I’d previous is 35 minutes away and sold us our remotes for the best prices found , never tried to make a penny off of them just wanted to make his customer happy . Til today where he went out of his way to fix someone else’s mistake the best part is he came even tho he was three months booked into his schedule , that didn’t stop him he went and came back out & helped us get our gate back and running in no time . He’s done more than make us happy , he has sacrificed his own time for us when in need and we are beyond proud to have found him for our gate guy. He is the onlyGuy we will trust as long as we have this gate and he is the only fate guy that should be servicing yours too , or even installing you a new one ! Dan Walters is one of the most genuine , professional and honest men alone . He has been helping us maintain and solve problems with our over a decade old gate & has never sold us short or even tried to make any extra dollars, even if the task was not easy he tried anyway . He has been straight , honest and kind when it comes to each and every service he has done for us . He has helped us fix other peoples mistakes that he shouldn’t have to deal with but did it anyways . I called him and asked when he’d be available & he said it would be three months . But as expected he pulled through on his own time and came 35 minutes from home , to service someone else’s mistakes 24 hours after I made that call . After some disappointment with our previous gate company, I was looking for a new company to help us with some gate troubles we were having. I decided on a whim to call Granton Gates, as they had left their card in the mailbox one day in passing. I could not have been happier with the service we received. Dan was out first thing the next morning and had our gates working right away. We are hoping to redo our outdated gate system in the near future, and are looking forward to working with Dan again. In the meantime, we are happy to have found reliable service for any issues we may have.
