The gym is great and has everything but the music is unnecessary loud compared to other gyms. It’s like you’re at the club. I’ve tried different types of earphones/headphones and always have to put the volume to the max to hear my music. You also have to shout so people can hear you.

The equipment itself is good with a descent variety, although the maintenance is not adequate. Lot's of worn down pull cables and welded seems on the machines. Some machines have rubber grips that are worn down or completely missing and this has been this way for a long time.The staff is great when it comes to basic questions and help. When you do have a complaint they are not receptive and will not assume responsibility.Beware this gym get's very crowded in the evening's.

Tried to use this gym as part of my stay at the adjoining hotel but was promptly turned away because I was wearing a muscle shirt. Couldn't help but notice several female gym goers in sports bras, but somehow a man showing his shoulders isn't allowed. What a joke! One more reason for a sane westerner to resent Quebec.

Good gym , staff is absolutely a headache. The rules are hypocritical and ironic at best. Too many grey lines with these bs rules. Dont go there if u dont wanna be treated like u are in high-school

Horrible gym terrible and disrespectful staff they are trying to pry more money out of me and I canceled months ago, never go there had a worst time going than anything else it doesn't deserve the one star

Water fountain not working and staff refused to provide water from a sink behind him, stated My boss told me not to give water as I will be doing it all day"Disgraceful customer service.Water in change room only runs hot too."

Very good equipment (machines, free weights, cables), stretch room, powerlifting room. Too many rules. No outside shoes. $6 towel if you don’t bring your own. Sports bras = yes. Tank tops = no?

Very friendly staff and a lot of amenities! A protein shake bar, boxing room, and women's room which I've been using. And although I'm very new at working out and feel very nervous- the other patrons have been either ignoring me or helpful so 10/10

Fantastic Gym, they have a great selection of machines, free weights, a cross fit room and even a ladies only section. Big locker rooms and clean, great location.
