Despite the clinic hours, we are always able to get in quickly for appointments. Dr. Farhat is extremely thorough and professional.

I had an appointment at 11:30 am, and I arrived 10 minutes earlier after 30 minutes of waiting i asked the receptionist if there’s anything wrong for not calling my name yet, she told me that the doctor is not here yet he is at another clinic if u want i can reschedule u. I can’t believe this irresponsible behaviour from the doctor and the receptionist.

They don't answer the phone. Doctor had receptionist call to reschedule at a later date. Then didn't call me back. I tried for 2 hours to get an answer to verify my appointment recently and finally gave up. Female doctor I was seeing was a bit rude

Dr farhat my doctor but I'm up north because of covid ... I have health issues ... lupus 2 different kinds of heart disease n I'm in pain n have an affection but he won't help me.... what kind of doctor does that to their patient... who? Now a days all doctors

So sick my eyes are swollen cause my sinuses are so plugged, my chest hurts when I breath. This is my doctor's office and on a Monday at 2pm their office is empty and dr. Farhat doesn't want too see anymore patients". I told them to cancel my file. Won't be giving this clinic my Billings any further. Stuck up doctor can't even give me 10 minutes of his time so I can get some medicine so I could go back to work... Now I'll just go back to work and keep suffering. Great doctor here... Not."

Called them more then 10 ten times today and yesterday they will not answer their phone. It is 1pm on a Thursday, their website says their open.

Dr Farhat is unquestionably the Best Doctor that I and my wife have even seen, he is beyond through all , worked as an Emergency Dr. prior and knows his stuff, we have being seeing Dr. Farhat for 3 years and he is a True Humanitarian that you can Trust.

Have tried to call several times during stated business hours over the past two weeks. Have left two voicemails. Have never gotten through to a person and have not received any call back.My pharmacy faxed the office 1 week ago about a prescription clarification and have not received any response either.
