Great first experience today with Jess at LPS. She makes you feel welcome, comfortable and injections were pain free. I’ve tried other cosmetic injections elsewhere and been pushed to do more. Love the honesty here.

Super super friendly from start to finish. Space is so lean and well lit, beautifully decorated and planned. SANDI was so friendly via email as well as in person and very efficient without rushing you. Miriam is absolutely lovely. Well spoken and knowledgeable... answered all questions before I asked any. Really put me at ease. I look forward to going back. The procedure was exactly how it was explained and I'm so happy with the results. VERY safe, clean and accepting environment

Kelly was so good with understanding my issues regarding skin dryness as well some aging factors. She was very open and respectful to my needs as a deaf person. I felt totally respected, valued and especially treating me with equality and not with ignorance. Highly recommended Kelly especially she’s realistically in my age group bracket (late 40’s-50’s). I was clueless about skin care so Kelly was so gracious to suggest trying samples before purchasing. This meant total integrity in business practices and not just someone trying to sell me products that might not benefit me or meet my needs. Kudos!!! I’m glad to be walking by and just made inquiries and bam! I got in to do a hydro facial session…wonderful experience indeed!

My consultation was a wonderful experience. Sandra was very informative, gave me options to consider and did not push to book for any treatments. I was able to walk away informed to make the best decision for me. I will be back!

Previous to coming to LPS, I was going somewhere else and seeing no results. Ever since getting consistent hydra facials with Kelsey, I instantly see results and am starting to love my skin! Kelsey is so knowledgeable and thorough and doesn’t act like a sales rep just trying to force product/services on me, which is definitely appreciated!!

A fabulous experience from the moment I walked in. Reception made me feel so welcomed, walked me up to the treatment area and just moments later Mariam came in and discussed the treatment I came in for. I truly appreciate Mariam's experience and expertise she guided me through each moment and relaxed my nervous energy. In the end I am so very happy with my treatment, even better than I expected. Information was provided in writing as well. No pressure to schedule another appointment. He did my primary nose job and then we decided to do a revision almost a decade later (because of how my body healed and changed over time, not because of any surgical deficiencies from the first round). Extremely satisfied immediately after both surgeries. Excellent bedside manner, down to earth, takes the time to listen and explains things thoroughly. I‘ve recommended him to everyone since 2014 and still rave about his work to this day.The staff - Everyone is so friendly and kind. Even staff I didn’t deal with directly during my appointments were quick to help and engage in friendly banter. I got a friendly greeting each time I went into the office. The service was professional and reassuring. Everything was explained fully and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. There was also zero pressure to do or buy any product and I believe that their first aim is customer satisfaction .

My experience with London Plastic Surgery Clinic has been amazing. I have had two plastic surgeries, lip injections and botox.The procedures (Tummy Tuck, FaceLift) were done by Dr Matic who is very easy going yet truly professional and caring. No complications ,no issues, healed very well with natural results. I was given good solid advice on pre and post care. Dr Matic is firm when he needs to be so I understand what I needed to do to have the best results. I appreciate his high standard for excellence.The Aesthetic procedures I had done were also done with excellence. The staff always accommodated my time schedule and made every effort to get me in and out promptly. The results were again wonderful without looking “done”.
