I recently switched over from bell to rogers internet/ ignite and mobile phones. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Marissa, the customer service representative at the Keswick location. Marissa was extremely professional and knowledgeable, she spent a great deal of time assisting us in creating our package. Marissa made the transition seamless and went above and beyond to help provide us with a package that provided us a saving. Marissa is an asset to this organization and I ask that you please acknowledge her outstanding customer service!

Bad services from a Britney .. would not take my phone return back because the corner paint worn after 2yrs of using it with no other real damage or problems with the phone. She claimed that Rogers would take it out of her paycheck if she was to accept my phone.. Which is the near perfect condition. Please get your s*** together Keswick rogers..

I called Rogers to get a deal early last week! I spoken with Merrisa from Rogers Keswick and she gave me a good deal and told her that I was not avaliable to go to the branch and will make it up for another day! Today, February 27th around 5pm, I called again to see if Merrisa is in or anyone who can help me. A lady who is name is Brandy picked up the phone and I asked about Merrisa but Brandy said oh she will come tomorrow. I said OK, can you help me? She said you better of see her. I said why? Oh she already gave a deal, I said you can give me the same deal. She said no as it will take me 1 hour or more to process this and we will be close. I said you can stay overtime no? She said no she cannot help me.I wonder who is the manager and why this person still working if she is denying the business when we call in to go there.I will definitely reevaluate my thoughts and make sure I can find another service provider to go with! I don't think she is suitable for this business.Good luck ROGERS

Worst service and by far worst customer service of any organization I’ve ever dealt with. Ridiculous, slow and useless. Asked to please hold 1-2 mins while they look into account and 45mins still on hold waiting for slimy incoherent tech to come back on line.

Went to this Rogers location to return my internet router waited outside for 10 minutes because door was locked but you can see the Rogers staff were inside someone came randomly to open the door first thing I noticed that the customer service was horrible. The girl look at me and said it’s not your turn because there is someone before you but I didn’t see anyone in line waiting. There was one girl and one guy working couldn’t get chance to get they are name but they guy was swearing and so frustrated and looked at me and said I can’t help because I have something to do I found this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed and left the store .

Ordered a phone with Rogers of which was told none were available for 4+ weeks.I called a dozen stores (literally) until I reached Mikayla at the Keswick location. She informed me they had 1 in stock that she would hold for me until I could make the drive.Upon arriving, she was attentive and went above and beyond what I typically expect from any carrier. I've been to other Rogers stores, but her customer service was second to none. Kudos Mikayla, well done!

The WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. I needed to return something and without checking my account, the lady with the black glasses and blonde hair started running her mouth telling me I couldn’t return it and started raising her voice. The other employee didn’t help either and they kicked me out of the store. They both deserve to lose their jobs. Don’t waste your time here, go to the one in Newmarket where they actually listen to their customers.

This is the best phone store to deal with. Brandy is very knowledgeable and friendly. Was very kind and patient with me. I overheard the help the other staff member was giving an elderly lady. She was able to solve the issue with making a call to Germany.
