Great Escape RV

We rented the Winnebago Micro Mini for a week. They made sure our vehicle was appropriate and ready to tow. Not having a great deal of experience towing, I opted to have sway bar control which made it easier than I imagined and get to our destination safely. The staff were helpful and informative in showing us all the features of the RV and it came with bins for all our camping needs. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that worked well as a team! Thanks to Justin and everyone for providing an awesome experience for our camping adventure!

We bought a 2022 2301BHS Winnebago Mini from Great Escapes RV July of 2022. We dealt with Logan for the purchase, they had the trailer ready in a timely manner. They gentleman who showed us how to work our trailer, and our walk through was very professional, and informative. If he didn’t have the answer, he went and got it for us.The gentleman that showed us how to properly mount the trailer was great as well. We have had a few concerns with our Winnebago but nothing to do with great escapes (awning arm was not fastened tight, awning was cut too short from factory minor little things) Great escapes had no issues fixing the items, within a timely manner. We have dealt with Alex in service for this, he has been great to deal with. He is professional, very knowledgeable, honest, and all around great to deal with. We have had a few questions over the last year, he is always able to help with advice (what to use on the slide out, caulking, ect) to ensure that we are doing the proper upkeep and cleaning.Hands down, when we want to downsize our trailer we will be heading back here!Thanks again Great Escapes for your service!

Great service from Alex and his mobile team.Left to the trip with my fridge only working on propane and with a phone call and some diagnostics they discovered the board was fried. Alex was able to track one down and we were able to get it fixed while on the road.Thank you great escape rv.

Really great service !!! The service team were very helpful. We were on the road from our home on Vancouver Island and on the hottest day in Ontario our air conditioner and fridge stopped working. We called Great Escape RV service for help and they made sure that we were on the road in One day!!! Everyone was friendly and courteous that we dealt with. Special thanks to Alex ( service manager ) for taking the time in his busy schedule to fit us into an already busy maintenance schedule. We will recommend this company to everyone!!!

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with the knowledgeable sales person Logan, she went over and above to ensure our purchase went smoothly. On what seemed the coldest and windiest day of the year, she took the time to show us around and explain everything.
