Alex Mong is a fantastic physio and helped me fully recover from my pulled hamstring. He made soccer specific recovery programs and had great attention to detail. Fingers crossed I don’t get injured again, but if I do I will be coming back to Alex!

I have had two hips replaced and a knee replaced in the last 6 years. Very unfortunate and discouraging.KoonarsPhysiotherapy has helped me reach my goals physically, through excersicse and body mechanics explanations . Understanding the why's of each excersicse s important to me.State of Mind plays a big part to achieve the very best outcome .I very much appreciate the genuine interest in How I am Doing each visit. It matters. Is encouraging.My recent excersie programs now incorporates a water program with another knowledgable therapist from Koonars Physio.Thank you KoonarsElaine Cahill

Highly recommended. They were able to fit me for a last minute appointment on a Monday, and by the end of the same week I was well on my way to recovery. The staff are simply incredible. Everyone is professional, friendly, and helpful.

This place is amazing and I have never experienced an office where every single staff member is professional, warm and courteous. Alex Grant has been my therapist since he moved here from out west and I can't tell you what a great guy he is. He is so much more knowledgeable than any other therapist I crossed paths with. I injured myself in 2005 and had several treatments over the years in 3 different cities. Alex helped me out so much that I am finally recovering to the point of doing the things I did before I got injured. Thank you so much for giving me my life back. You are the best! Trust me, you won't find better. Make that call. You won't regret it!!

Amazing people here from Reception to therapist! I was hesitant at first bout physio, coz ive never done any physio before,But the FD helped me get thru all the forms that need to be filled in, appointment setting was smooth and easy. Alex my therapist is so nice, making always sure Im doin well and he’s been really helping me get my wrist feel so much better. They are really after making clients/patients get better with what they came here for! I would 1000000% recommend koonar physio lakeshore for any of your PT needs! More power Koonar!

Emily is a knowledgable and supportive Athletic Therapist that does not hesitate to accommodate the patients needs. She is constantly adjusting her schedule to fit in appointments and putting in the research after hours to support your recovery with new ideas and recommendations.Honestly could not ask for a better supporting teammate or on the road to recovery.Highly recommended!
