This review is for EYES Childcare Burlington.Pathetic Management and administration;1. No focus on hygiene for kids, if kids go outdoor, team will not bother to ensure hands/face are washed until parent picks up in the evening. Multiple times when we picked our child, her hands and face were all dirty.2. Team cannot give attention if child is wearing shoes wrongly. Almost daily!3. Team cannot take care of clothes/stuff that is given at the start of child care and despite short time, most of the stuff will be LOST with no reasons.4. Child will get all kind of virals from this day care.5. No attention to kid even if child is feverish and feeling down. No one bother to call parent. Twice it happened, once we called in the middle to check in and were told she is having pain in teeth and she is down (instead of them proactively calling us). 2nd time I picked my child at day end with fever and teacher did mention she is feeling down for sometime - yet No one bothered to call parent!6. No meetings with parents to discuss child’s progress - despite multiple requests.It was a worst short experience and we took our child out in a month. It seems the center is just filling up with kids - yet no focus on proper management and administration.
