Our experience with JRSC Ltd. was outstanding. They are the best in the business at what they do and they went over and above to help us. John Rowse is a septic master and takes his work very seriously. John and his team gave us piece of mind during a very stressful time. We are so thankful that our realtor referred us to JRSC Ltd.

No complaints about these guys. They did the job in a timely manner given the weather. The system seems really good to me. Decent communication about the process and system. An alarm went off a cpl days after they finished, when I called about it they were at my place within 1.5hrs. Easy fix. My yard took a bit of a pounding, but it was super rainy and I needed a quick timeline. They never sugar coated what it would look like so not really a big deal.I dont have much to compare to, but barring any major catastrophes, I give these guys 5 stars.

This guys a crook! He almost cost me the sale of my house when he deemed my septic system a complete fail, with only 1 months life expectancy! Which is impossible to predict! I had ace bobcat come and do another inspection they did a good clean out of the system and said there were zero issues with the system. From talking to others in the industry he has an extremely bad track record! He was also extremely rude to me and my wife through the whol process

John was great to deal with. Professional, helpful, and incredibly quick to meet our needs. I was very happy with my experience with JRSC.

This company is excellent. They recently did a full septic system install for us. They did the job on time, (despite weather challenges), and on budget. They were very professional and easy to work with, and left our yard in better shape than when they started. We highly recommend this company.

I found the owner of this company willing to say anything to get paid. After servicing our septic system we had a pump failure of a brand new pump. There was some finger pointing between the owner of this firm and the electrician. It was the owners son doing the final inspection. I believe the electrician, he has 15 years of experience and is well respected by all the local inspectors. He originally installed a normal exterior enclosure for the outlet, he then found he had to install a larger enclosure to allow a piggyback connection of the float alarm and pump. Why would he install a larger enclosure to plug in individual plugs. This firm is lacking in morality and ethics.

JRSC did a fantastic job installing our new septic tank and field. We needed the tank to be installed in a tight area and the septic field and surrounding area to be completely re-modelled.
