HORRIBLE customer service. Had a technician at house in April to fix heat pump and was told they would order a needed part. Called them in July because heat pump stopped all together and they didn't have a record of sending a technician in April - which translates to - they didn't order part. They seem to have a high turnover of qualified" technicians. Told now part would be arriving in August- asked if they could send someone to try to start it in meantime because house is 35 degrees and s weltering. They said yes

There are quite a few bad reviews on here. We've only had one experience so far last summer and it was very positive and quite the opposite of what everyone here is saying. This has me pretty confused but I still feel comfortable leaving 5 stars based on my own experience - Blake

Horrible company, never on-time, they never answer the phone. Did not honor their warranty. AVOID this business.

over the last year or two I had several repairs done by Jonic (air exchanger, furnace, thermopump) on several occasions.This business is quite seasonal, meaning that during winter time and specially during snow storms and hard frost they are difficult to get and give preference to their commercial clients.Most recently I was turned down flat.I think they charge enough for their services and quality has varied, but all repairs were ultimately carried out successfully.Unfortunately, that doesn't carry a lot of favor if you're turned down flat.The people I spoke to last were not particularly friendly are sympathetic, nor did they even bother to look up client records or recognized me.

We had this company to install a new central heat pump and air exchanger in our house a year ago. Looks like they are good only at selling stuff, not at installation itself or after sale maintenance /repairs. First, I don't see any use in the air exchanger they recommended to get rid of humidity in our bathroom. Looks like it doesn't do its job at all and we had to spend extra couple of hundred bucks to buy an additional dehumidifier. Second, the quality of the heat pump installation was quite poor, my husband (who is not professional installer of course) found a few defects which had to be fixed, so we had to call them again. Third, one year and something passed and the heat pump's outside unit gave a quite visible lurch due to not properly built foundation and I am afraid it might fall over pretty soon. I tried to call them again to have their serviceman to look and fix the issue. I spent a week calling on all the numbers and trying to find someone who would answer my call and help. I left voice messages to the sale manager, to the owner of the company - nobody got back to me. Finally on Thursday I reached some lady on their general line and she promised to pass my request to their serviceman and that I would receive a call from them on Friday. Now it is Saturday evening and still nothing. Very very disappointing experience, please stay away from this company, they are only good at taking your money, but not at providing support or fixing their own mistakes.

Back on August 19th, our outside unit broke down. This was on a Friday around 4pm. Jonic had installed the system in the house so I called them and got someone on his cell who said they didn't offer an after hours or emergency service and I believe it was Mike, who would call me Monday. No one ever called back. This is the second time we've had less than stellar service with them. Another company came that same day, found the problem, got the parts and fixed us up. Would not recommend Jonic.

This used to have a very positive review but since then I've tried to purchase another unit and they just won't return my calls I'm so frustrated. They came and gave me a quote the next day I called to approve it and since then it's been nothing but phone tag.

Do not Support this business, they don't support local. Try getting them for a estimate to change oil to central heat pump and adding a hrv. tried 4 time to get a appointment. we were schedule for 2 days on the week to have them come and take a look and that we took off from work me and my daughter, they never showed up or called to inform us they where not coming.they don't book by appointments they will come on that day, they say. they are not professional at all. really not recommended. they take priority on commercial customers.

I was looking forward to leaving a good review because the technician was great and fast, fixed some of my mistakes when I tried to do things myself and explained what he was doing. I initially asked Lisa what the price would be but she neglected to mention there would be a $100 charge just to have him drive here. According to google maps they are only 22 minutes away so that is a hefty charge to sneak in.Watch out for that transit fee of theirs.. ouch!
