The worst bank to deal with for an auto loan! Been trying since Monday, it is now Wednesday to defer my car payment that comes out Friday, had a phone meeting yesterday, said they were sending me an email to sign, 24 hours later and still nothing with the clock ticking, so thank you bmo! I'll take my re-finance elsewhere asap.

This google said BMO branch is open until 5pm so I rush to there at 4:45 it is already closed with some paper notification about store hours changed but I could not read the small print behind the glass doors.

I've been a BMO customer for decades. Unfortunately the service at this branch is so slow. Everytime I have to go to a teller it takes 20 minutes. I'm slowly moving all my accounts to TD.

If you need to talk to a teller, expect long waits and poor service. Never enough staff and those that are available don't seem to care about customers. Painful experience each time I am forced to come here to deposit checks for my employer.

Dealing with Holly, the current bank manager has been excellent. For all my concerns she has dealt with me directly and promptly. Recently my Canada Revenue Agency account was hacked and my banking information was changed by the hacker. Holly strongly advised me to close my a account and reopen a new one. I was out of town at the time and was unable to physically attend the branch. Holly Holly set everything up for me to open a new account remotely. Holly is a blessing for BMO and would not chanch branches for the world!

Had an appointment with one of their Financial Service Managers, several months ago ( forgot to post a review at that time). To say my husband and I were less than impressed" would be an understatement.The appointment ended up being a total waste of time. The representative was not helpful or knowledgeable and in spite of the fact that we brought a STACK of relevant documents and notes with us
