Mike and Tim showed up on time, provided us with different faucet options and their costs, installed the one we chose and cleaned up afterward. The system works just fine. Mike was wonderful during the installation of our Mitsubishi heat pump. He was prompt, polite and clearly knew what he was doing. He worked efficiently the entire time he was here. He patiently answered all of our questions and made sure the unit placement was perfect for us. He was meticulous in his post installation cleanup. At the end of the day, we really appreciated his detailed instructions on how to operate the heat pump.

Joey did a great job replacing our smoke detectors and adding surge protection to our electric panels. He was punctual, professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable.And Derrick and his work partner did a great job installing a new sink for us yesterday.Over the last couple of years Lloyd's Home Services have done quite a few jobs for us and we have been very happy with the work. They make it easy for the home owner. They do things right.

The company was great with communication and Joey the technician was on time, respectful of our space by wearing plastic booties over his shoes and also was happy to wear a mask since I was wearing one inside the house. He performed all tasks in a quick manner and also was very helpful in explaining to me what our different options were in fixing our issues. Very happy with the company.

We purchased a Mitsubishi Mini split system from Lloyds a year and a half ago and recently had the unit cleaned by Lloyds as well. The process was great from start to finish. We were able to get an appointment only days after calling due to an opening in the schedule. The scheduler was friendly and kind, offering options and answering all my questions. Marvin, the technician was also great. He explained the whole cleaning process, how to optimize the cleaning process at home, and answered any and all questions I had about the unit and the best ways I can clean it to keep it working optimally. I highly recommend this company.

I spent nearly $800 to have them fix a leak under my kitchen sink.It is still leaking. I tried contacting them to fix it and did not get a response so I called another plumber. The new plumber came right away and said that the pipes were put in backwards! Not only was the work done incorrectly, it was overpriced.***Lloyd called me back with an apology and refunded a good portion of what they charged me. Appreciated
