Marie, is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL person ever. Her instructions were clear, email or fill up the form NO DM. Followed that THREE TIMES. My sister and I have been trying to get tattooed by her that was since last year! She never, as in NEVER replied to any of our emails. I guess she's a very picky tattoo artist that SHE IGNORES EMAIL from inquiring possible customers. You can just say sorry I'm too busy, anything just REPLY! But nothing! That kind of attitude is absolutely disgusting. I'm not bullying her or something these are all based on how unprofessional she is. Atleast reply to emails, say yes or no but to totally ignore it? Unacceptable.

I wish my experience that wasn’t even a real experience was different. I’ve seen their artists work and I think they are all absolutely talented and have beautiful amazing work! But I couldn’t even get my potential artist to respond to me. I don’t care who you are or how higher up you think you are I think giving a great customer experience is extremely important. If you’re going to ignore your customers and not even give them a chance on having your beautiful work on them something needs to change. I can completely and 100% understand if what I wanted you just weren’t interested in and it wasn’t your style and didn’t want to do it! That’s fine but just ignoring me? Not even a response to say sorry that’s not my style, or i can’t do that for you, literally any response? My experience that wasn’t even an experience was with Marie. I think she’s has amazing talent. But please respond to emails. This ruined my thoughts on getting tattooed and or suggesting it to others to your shop. Your shop is making me feel like clients aren’t valued as they can’t even get a response. Why would I try again and potentially just get ignored again? Makes me feel if I had questions they wouldn’t be answered. You get the point. I am in no way trying to make the shop seem terrible I think they’re probably an amazing shop with great talent but customer service skills should also be a priority. I emailed 3 times inquiring (with a 2 week wait in between them) I was hopeful maybe mine just got lost, maybe I sent it to the wrong person, maybe she missed it by mistake. Nope just ignored. Especially if you’re posting on your story you have a spot available (on date) email only! So clearly you’re checking your emails. I’m really disappointed I would’ve loved to have your amazing art on my body! I hope this inspires the shop to further practice on improving their customer care skills and becoming an even more amazing shop. Thank you.

I had such an amazing experience at this shop. It's clean, visually appealing, and very inviting. I highly recommend Taylor for your tattoo, she was incredibly nice, professional, and most importantly extremely talented. However, from what I saw at the shop, you can't go wrong with any of their artists.

Meraki is one of my favourite tattoo shops and I have gotten three tattoos from Tun Truong (September 2020 and November 2020).The shop is clean, welcoming and aesthetically appealing and modern. Tun was personable and fun to chat with and overall a super talented artist. I got a fine-line design of a branch and leaves which turned out exactly how I had envisioned. Pristine lines and dotwork. My second and third pieces were a delicate bundle of my birth flowers on my ankle and a geometric mountain scene under my elbow. Tun had a light hand and it really wasn’t that painful (this wasn’t my first one either though). My first tattoo has healed perfectly, with no complications and no need for a touch up. VERY pleased with the result.From what I have seen, all of the artists who work in the shop do incredible work and are all very talented. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of them. They accept etransfer and cash for payment. Reasonable prices for quality artwork.I will absolutely be back! Wonderful experience.

Tun is amazing! Really eased my anxiety, easy going and funny. Amazing at tattooing as well. Barely felt any pain and it was over before I knew it. Will 1000% be going back.

I've had a couple tattoos by Tun now and know others who have also had good experiences. He listens to my idea for a tattoo and offers his own insight and experience when drawing it up. He will joke around during the appointment so make sure you bring a sense of humour! I'm very happy with the tattoo experiences I've had at Meraki.

Taylor did an amazing job. She's very professional, has great attention for detail and is a joy to converse with. My daughter and myself were very specific with our twin tattoos and, Taylor respected every detail we discussed with her. Great experience, atmosphere and staff!
