First rate service. We recently purchased an expensive piece of equipment and the team at Vitality Depot went above and beyond to help us make sure it was the right purchase for our needs. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Fast responses and shipping time too.

I ordered 4 cold therapy roll on bottles and didn’t open the first one for about 2 months because I was using up an old one and it smelled not right to me, a bit off, so I emailed Vitality Depot to see what they could do for me and Maria said she would get back to me after she looked into it and she did, very quickly and she gave me instructions for the return and a truck picked the package up at my door, no charges for me, which was wonderful! Maria sent me 4 new ones even before she got my return back, they were in the mail!! They arrived and all smelled fresh and I am VERY grateful for their wonderful customer service, keep up the good work! I will be ordering from you again!!!

Purchased a replacement charger battery and cable for the StimTec Neo. I reached out because it was defective and did not charge the battery. Took two weeks from their in-house testing where they told me the reason might be because it’s the wrong version(It’s a generic charger for BL-6F Nokia battery), But they wanted to investigate the Neo device instead, which has nothing to do with the external battery charger. Then I was told the led on the charger is not supposed to be lit. I ended up ordering another charger elsewhere then showed them how a non defective item works and how the led should be lit. I do not know why they make it so difficult to exchange a defective item and why their support is so incompetent. Some people are in pain and waiting to use their devices for relief.Will be the last time I’m ordering from them. I do want to mention that Maria did a good job at responding quickly to my emails.Response to owner: There is really no excuse, I ordered a replacement usb cable and wall adapter. It doesn’t matter what version of Neo I own because I’m charging the battery externally withThe wall charger. It’s a basic usb cable with barrel connector and a usb wall adapter. I have also provided photos, version number of the Neo, chargers and all components to your support team even though it was a waste of time.“It’s like purchasing a defective usb battery wall charger for rechargeable AA batteries, but the company decides to waste time Investigating what version and model the TV remote is.All your company had to do was exchange/replace the defective usb cable/wall charger which was within your policy. It’s a $13.95 item, that’s why I ended up buying another set elsewhere.I do not expect your company to honor your policy.This review is just to share the experience I’ve had with other shoppers.Take care and goodLuck everyone!

I bought a heating pad from Vitality Depot and had issues with it fairly soon after. They quickly got back to me with the procedure required to submit a claim to get a replacement. I had my new heating pad within two days. The replacement quit working with two months and again their Customer Service department was quick to respond and quick to get me a replacement. This level of customer service is greatly appreciated and I will continue to do business with them.

I highly recommend buying from vitality depot, very professional, products arrive quickly. Sandra Price is amazing- she has helped me from product sales to resolving issues with a massage table I had that was under warranty.

Vitality Depot has been our supplier for years. i have always been very happy with the service and products. Lately the pricing is not competitive and I find some challenges when they make changes. With that said, customer service is wonderful and they always try to be helpful and go above and beyond at times.

Amanda went above and beyond in helping us try to find the product we were looking for. It had been discontinued, and she searched the system until she found a possible alternate solution. It actually wasn't going to work for our clinic, so I thanked her, hung up and figured that would be the end of it. Later that afternoon she emailed me back to let me know that the exact product we had been looking for was being scheduled for re-release later this year! Phenomenal customer service, above and beyond. Plus she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Amanda and Vitality Depot!

Very disappointed with the service. We had issues with a Pointer stim I had purchased for our physiotherapy clinic and I called the company back in July 2021 as it was still under warranty. I was instructed to package it up and post the shipping label and a courier would pick this up. After multiple emails, the courier never showed up and I got finally got a follow-up email in January 2022 (5 months later!) inquiring about the stim to which I replied it is STILL sitting in a labelled package. I have not heard back since this email a few weeks ago. I have never had an issue with other supply companies but we are extremely disappointed with our experience with Vitality Depot.
