Price Point Auto and Detailing

Thank you to Austin and the rest of the price point team for helping me find the first car I actually love. Austin made the entire experience easy and didn't get annoyed with the million questions that I had. With a fair amount of different selection on the lot, there is no real reason not to stop by price point Brockville if your looking for a new pre owned vehicle. 10/10 would recommend!

I've had my car detailed here twice now. The second time they detailed with less than 24 hours notice and fit my car into their busy schedule. The price is great and they do an awesome job! 10/10 recommend.

I have decided to give my car for detailing at Price point Brockville, on my friends suggestion. I choose bronze package as per the recommendation from price point representative. To my shock I got a call back after 30 minutes that my car is done and ready for pick up. I re-confirmed with the person who called me if it is really done and he was like I put 3 people on to do your car after you left, it was all good to go. I went to pick up my car all excited, paid the amount for service, unlocked my car to jump in and was extremely disappointed with their service. The car was not vacuumed properly. There was dirt in the door pockets and even the seats were not cleaned. I immediately went in to talk to the supervisor/manager, he said sorry and called someone to work on my car, the guy came and cleaned the areas only I told him to. He didn’t even take the responsibility to check the car entirely. I was upset and left the place as I thought there is no point in showing him the other areas that are not cleaned. He even stated there is no light inside so they couldn’t see inside the car clearly. If that’s the case why should you take the car in the first place. I have attached the pictures I took after coming home to show the quality of work I received. For 90$ this is extremely disappointing. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had the best car buying experience at PricePoint Auto Brockville. I saw the vehicle posted on the Beattie Dodge website, where I was able to to scroll through several pictures of the car to see pretty much every inch of it from the comfort of my own home. Loved that. I communicated my interest online and was contacted shortly afterwards. Austin, the General Manager for PricePoint was a pleasure to work with, he guided me throughout the entire process, so helpful and professional. Highly recommend checking out PricePoint for your next vehicle purchase, new or used they have it all. You will not be disappointed.

Great small town dealership, that treats you like family. This is my second truck that i brought here. They take Good care of there customers who are looking a new ride or just need a detail on the ride...

Drove an hour to look at a vehicle. Took it for a test drive, decided to make a cash offer. Was told no flat out. No discussion just insisted we finance it. Stated they get a kick back from the finance company. Couldn't answer basic questions about tires, and neglected to return calls regarding the purchase. Do not recommend.

Small shop! Great service. Found them looking for a last minute rental in Brockville. Rentals are hard to come by and they were incredibly accommodating in finding me a car within a very tight timeframe. Seem to also have a good inventory of used car…. Based on my interactions today, I’d totally put my trust in this dealership for a sale as well.

Extremely disappointed! I got the sliver package! They didn’t not even vacuum my car properly !! my seats were extremely soaked in the back they didn’t even clean them! My front seat was cleaned the rest were not just soaked! Dirt everywhere and they stuck a piece of metal in my trunk and bent the frame when they closed it!!! Highly recommend anywhere else ! I called about it, they deflected, oh I’m sorry I will get the other guy to call to see what he wants to do about it ! back and 2 days later no call at all! Don’t waist you money like I did!
