Took them 2 visits to get the job done - should have been a fairly easy 2 router setup/troubleshoot. They also charged me $100 more (than what bestbuy offers) for the exact same router (which is an avg router) which at first they only quoted $80-$100 for.When I asked them about these extra charges and being over what they had original quoted me I never got a response back.Overall the job got done, but I was unhappy with the over charge.

I met Ronen some years ago when my other technician moved away. I have been using his excellent services since. He is a great communicator, never gives up on finding a solution to a computer challenge. When the issue has been solved, he explains what was done and how to deal with it in future if necessary. There aren't enough great things I can say about BA Consulting inc. Our office recently moved and we had some problems with the server and the phone system . Ba Consulting fixed the issues and our computers and phone system runs extra smoothly due to the efforts and work of BA Consulting. We highly recommend them!!!
