We wait and listen 25 mins for vaccine and the nurse just try 5 mins to help my child since my child scare. The nurse give up. We go out and talk to my child. Finally, my child accept and willing to try one more time. But the nurse said we waste her 30 mins so no more chance.

Very rude receptionist at the ground floor. People on the street won’t even be as rude as her when asked inquiries

I had no idea this useful service existed until today. I don't have a family doctor, so I was referred here. The nurse I talked to (Michelle) was helpful and kind and helped me navigate a daunting new medical situation.

Staff and nurses are helpful and friendly here. Had 6 shots done at once. and I still need to go in about 4 more times. Not a whole lot of waiting once you get there, but giving 4 stars because it was really difficult to schedule the initial vaccination.

I loved the nurse that gave the immunization to my child. She was caring, professional and responsive. The building and rooms are clean. Much better than going to a local walk in clinic.

I came in a month ago for my baby’s first dose flu shot. Before I left I scheduled a date and time for the second dose. A month later on the day of the appointment I called first thing in the morning to confirm the appointment since I didn’t get any reminders. The reception said there was no appointment but they had a cancellation for a spot at 11am. I said ok I’ll come in at 11a. I came in and checked in at the front desk, signed a form for the second dose and waited 50m. The receptionist that was helping me left (I’m guessing for lunch) and I asked the others desk lady how much longer and if I was going to be called soon. They checked and I was not on the list of patients. The nurses were so nice and helped my right away as I started tearing because it takes so much effort to go there. And I’m still curious why I was missed 3 times after continuously checking in. The admin needs to pay more attention to patients especially when dealing with parents with little kids and babies.
