Always been generally clean when I’ve been there. Change machines can malfunction like anywhere else but owner has always been responsive. Only ever seen 2 machines out of order myself.

Just did my laundry here and found it over run with garbage. Garbage cans overflowing onto ground, filthy counters. One of coin machines is broken and to add insult to injury - they keep the bathroom door locked. Never again.

Been going here regularly every 2 weeks for a few months now and I’m done! It can get really dirty, especially the bathroom. Many machines are out of order at random times, and worse, these machines eat your money. I’ve seen others get their money eaten and now it’s happened to me, $4. It’s Sunday and Manager is out of town with NO ONE else to manage the laundromat. Been waiting now for 2 hours for him to come and refund my money. No ETA on arrival and not answering his phone, left couple voicemails and nothing. Not a way to run a business.

First time experience. I was a bit hesitant to use an automated laundromat and my fears were confirmed when one of the machines ate about $8 of my coins. I texted the number on the wall and was surprised to have it responded to. A courteous Paul arrived 20 minutes later and refunded my coins no questions asked. He was very appreciative of my business. I was very pleasantly surprised with the care and service. Will definitely be coming back.
