Arif was very helpful when I needed my car towed to my mechanic. He arrived 20 minutes after I called and even helped pinpoint the likely issue with my car before we got to the mechanic. Great service at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend him if you need a tow truck.

Aqib is the most professional tow truck driver i came across he towed my car out from underground parking caa left me no body could do it i highly recommend them

My car needed towing service on Broadview Ave. PK was very close to my location. I called them and the truck arrived in 20 min while other services quoted me 2-3hrs. The towing personnel was very friendly and the car was ready to go in no time. My best towing experience so far. I will definitely keep their phone number handy should I need towing again. Highly recommended their service!

Got flat tire on gardener expressway.I called them they give me 1 hour time but they reached in 20 minutes.Also changed my tire in less than 5 minutes

Called a roadside assistance company on a freezing cold night and was told 2 1/2 hours for a tow. Normal I thought. After that time I called back and the towing company contracted to do the work forgot to pass on my request from the day shift to the night shift, so back to square one with having to wait 2 1/2 hours again. I was told I'd have better luck if I phoned a tow company myself. First two I called were over 2 hours, PK said they'd be 30 minutes and they were! The driver was Octav, a really nice guy and I enjoyed his company for the duration of the call. Definitely 5 stars for PK towing. My only issue, and this is only because I haven't needed a tow since the 1980's, I was told it was $150 but not told about the $95 service fee and the $4 per kilometer charge. All that and taxes was $353. If every tow company charges these fees (which I'm pretty sure they all do) then I have nothing to complain about. Nothing would've changed had I known in advance, but it's always nice to know upfront what the real charge is going to be. So yes, I do recommend PK if you need a tow.
