Steven is by far the best home inspector that I have ever used. He went through the home very thoroughly and made sure to explain what needed to be done and why. It was wonderful to be able to feel like I had the best information possible in order to make a purchase decision after he had completed the inspection. The report he provided after the inspection was very very helpful. It categorized all of the inspection and rated the items that were safety items that should be repaired, some that should ideally be done in the future, as well as items that were simply informational. If you choose Steven for your inspection you cannot do any better!

I rate people’s attitude with the biology pH scale. A balanced pH for humans is 7.40; not too acidic, and not too alkaline, but balanced. Steve is nicely balanced in his approach, fair, patient, and with integrity. This is my second time using his service, and he’s trustworthy. He takes whatever time is needed to do as thorough of a job as possible with the time allotted him. He encourages you to point out to him items that you may see, so nothing’s missed. It’s so hard to find people like this these days.

Inspector Steve taught me both the good and bad about the house . Explained what should be fixed, how it can be done and about how much it cost. So many things can be wrong in a home, you gotta get an inspector that is conscientious and checks everything and gives you good info.
