I needed a car for a one way journey back to Ottawa. I do have to say hands down to the team at the North Bay office! It was my first time renting a car too. The team went over everything from dents to scratches to make sure it was good and also topped off with gas. I do have to note They didn't have the car that was requested and I was upgraded to a sweeet SUV without even asking or inquired about it :D I will deal with North Bay again !! Cheers!

Everything was PERFECT!The lady at the desk was super nice and helpful! They didnt have the car I requested so they gave me another which was even better and more suitable for my stay than my original choice.The service was really quick too! Super easy process with no issues!Thank you so much!

Tyler Besner was absolutely amazing! He was great to deal with and very knowledgeable about the rental process and explained things in a simple easy to understand way. We don't usually take warranty but after speaking with Tyler he explained what it covers also how cheap it was when looking at it on a daily cost vs what it covers. I'm really glad we did cause we had a small crack when we parked and it was zero issues when returning the rental due to haveing the coverage. Great service awesome team in North Bay, thanks again Tyler we will be back next month for another rental.

I've rented a few times this year. The first time brought me back for more. The staff made it easy. The last time there was some damage on the passenger side mirror which i wasn't aware of and stressed over when i discovered it. I had asked to rent a different vehicle, which is handy when shopping for a new vehicle but it was easy for them to keep me in the same one I had been in before. Not a big deal. Overall, I would return.

Incredibly polite employees. I first experienced this over the phone with one employee, then in person with a completely different one! The exact same treatment! Unbelievable. I wish I were treated this way everywhere I go.Great job! Definitely recommend this location.

Great customer service, very friendly and considerate staff

I was stranded, called and spoke with 2 people, told them my story, had a freind on their way to hold the car for me, he arrived 10 minutes after closing. I had left my phone number and asked them to call me if there were any issues, no call. Absolutely no regard for my situation. I had spoken with these two several times that morning, they knew I was in trouble. I would never recommend a company that doesn't care about customer service or the people who pay their salaries. Go somewhere else! On a side note, I did speak with many other people that day from different companies who all offered to help. I will never rent from enterprise again!
