TERRA Greenhouses - Vaughan

Complete 2 online delivery orders both disastrous- One just showed up one day even though I called 3 times to get a delivery date - no call back- no response. It just appeared 2 weeks later on my lawn. 2nd order called 3 times left messages, got transferred - and this morning I see a credit in my account. They cancelled my order without an email or even a phone call. Buyer beware if you buy online!!!!! They may have nice products but I would go to other nurseries because they have the worst customer service.

Extremely disappointed, staff doesn't even know what they have instock, while I was purchasing lots of plants today, I wanted to buy drainage stones which they said we are out of stock, fine paid for all the plants and went out towards the my car... Surprisingly they had whole skid full of drainage stone sitting there.. went back and there was guy apparently manager said show me where r they and by the time we walk to the stones skid, he saw it and said sometimes we don't know what and when we get stuff...then looked at his watch and said 8:02 now we are close.... Can't sell it to you now... seriously, I thought he is joking but I was wrong, wow I am impressed with the HIGHEST LEVEL of Customer service in this seasonal retail business.... Great never going back again, lost my loyalty of buying plants everytime from last 12 years in split of sec just because of the laziness unfortunately

Good selection of plants and associated stuff. Prices are not bad. They have a good selection of tropical plants. Prices higher than last year.

Great prices and lots of selections. Well worth the drive north from Toronto. They have everything you can possibly want to improve your garden.

It was my first visit at Terra Greenhouse and I had a very positive experience. In particular with one of the managers, Rashan, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful regarding my selection of outdoor floral arrangements for my planters. I would definitely come back.

Good selection, but check out was a disaster!! Almost 30 min waiting in line. Only 1/2 checkouts open. Could have had a support person to read out the prices to get customers through quicker. Cash person said this lineup is normal. Really!! Not going back there!

Such a beautiful place to get a Christmas tree in the winter! They have so many options at different price points and the staff are very helpful. They also have a store filled with ornaments and decorations.

Very poor online ordering system and service (so this isn't necessary limited to this location). Their website claims that the average order is fulfilled within a few days but mine took several weeks, they ran out of stock for half the items I selected, and I had to chase them for any sort of updates. They rarely pick up their phone, either, so it was difficult to find someone to talk to about it.I did appreciate how friendly their staff were when I was able to interact with them, and that's the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.It's clear that TERRA Greenhouses needs to update their inventory more regularly and better sync their store stock with their online orders. Better communication with customers on order status needs to be prioritized, especially if there are delays. If I had known that the items were out of stock shortly after my order was placed then I could've looked elsewhere, but by the time I was notified many other stores were also out of stock.As it currently stands, I wouldn't recommend ordering anything online from TERRA Greenhouses.
