This company, or one of their employees stole the customer list from the company that was servicing my alarm and lied to me telling me that my company had not paid their alarm since January 2023 and that although it showed as monitor they would not dispatch. Further investigation revealed that not only had my company being paying all along, but that they had a large credit with the monitoring company.

Very happy with the service provided by Steve Randle. He came in and installed during a time when we had multiple set ups happening. He was extremely patient and extremely knowledgeable about the security system. When through everything with me and then my fiancee and made sure we understood everything. Told us to call anytime if we had any questions or concerns. Great Service. Thank you

Whenever we triggered a false alarm, and when we switched from telephone line to cellular connectivity, the Alliance staff reacted with timeliness and attentiveness. Alliance has a great and responsive team. Alliance refurbished an old alarm system at our new home in Kingston and we now have a monitoring service through them.Would highly recommend Alliance if you are loking for a home alarm system or upgrade.

I had Alliance do our install of our intercom system and doorbell camera as well as our alarm system during home construction. Everything has worked great since. Once we decided to get rid of our landline Alliance was quick to come out and install a GSM setup for us. Happy customer for 9 years now!
