Chris did a Reno for us that included removing a structural wall and putting a beam in, adding a second bathroom/laundry room and redoing a living room ceiling that included removing coved edges and resurfacing the ceiling. Chris had amazing communication with us and was always very patient when we had any questions. The end of the job clean up and duct cleaning were great as well. Stayed within 500$ of the budget despite finding a few unexpected items (totally expected with a reno). I am sure we missed something else impressive that Chris and team did during this project but we were very pleased. We will have him back for our next phase of renovations. Fred and Deb Churcher.

Chris and his crew did an amazing job levelling some seriously saggy floors on two stories of my 100+ year old, 1450 sq/f house. This involved more work than I can fit into this review: but it was thorough. They also installed a beautiful new staircase which included all of the engineering, design, and building stages (and situated it in a different position than the one I demolished, and with two new landings). This work was done on time and under budget. They will return to provide the finishing touches on the stairs once I am done the rest of the renos, which is a great comfort. Chris also provided a great amount of advice on the whole renovation project (which is substantial) to be completed this year, most of the work I am doing myself. I will be hiring him again later this year for more work as the project proceeds... Thank you Chris and your team for providing a great service and solid work all around!

Chris and his team were great to work with. Had our floor jacked up and what a difference it made in our home. He was also able to install a stove venting fan which we didn’t have one. I would highly recommend Chris Wood - really seems to know his business. He advised us of other work which needs done and we will definitely reach out to him to complete that work also.

We are so happy with the work Chris and his crew did for us. We needed an outside basement door taken out and foundation replaced.
