My truck was gross. Its been a muddy couple months, and I had a few recent road trips where I was eating/drinking in my vehicle and had spilled some coffee more than a few times. Now it looks brand new.

I brought my truck in to get undercoated at the Thunder Bay krown and when I got my vehicle back there is an oil residue on all my windows I had to go clean off myself so I could drive home. Along with that there is oil all over my steering wheel and dash that I am going to have to clean myself. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know for how I got my vehicle back.

Have a 1998 Toyota Avalon. Purchased from the original owner who never drove it in the winter or the rain. Had 50,000 km four years ago. Brought to Thunder Bay in 2017 and it has been Krowned every year since 2017. Krown system is keeping it in show room condition. Very satisfied with the process and the customer service.

I had the best car cleaning/detailing ever. Great staff! I meant to call and speak to a manager today (but couldn’t get to it) to say how impressed I was. Again they staff were superior!
