We recently replaced 2 bathroom vanity tops with quartz countertops. Nancy was very patient and helpful while I was choosing the desired material. The two men who came out to do precise measurements were efficient, pleasant and courteous; another two young men did an excellent job installing the new vanity tops. I highly recommend Counter Effects to anyone looking for quality workmanship and skilled installers

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Company is very busy and you can tell why: exceptional service and products. After quoting and talking to 8 other companies in the Windsor-Essex area, I am very satisfied with Counter Effects. Great price, attention to detail, on time, great customer service. The 45 degree seam in our counterrtop is swelling and lifting. I contacted via email, and received a response from the President blowing me off and telling me it's not their problem. 6 months old countertop and needs to be replaced...I should have went to The Top Shop" instead.I'm not sure why the review above is 4 stars considering the edge profile was wrong. That's a deal breaker."

We were looking for a countertop for the bar top we put into the wall between the kitchen & living room. We had no idea what we were looking for, but we were recommended Counter Effects by a few people in the area. They had a great selection to choose from and we ended up picking out a leftover piece of quartz. They came not too long after to our house to measure everything out and then within two weeks from that point, we had the countertop installed. Our only complaint" if you will would be that there was a bit of lack of communication throughout our experience. We were told we had to pick out our own supports as they were out of stock

Counter Effects
We were very happy with our quartz counter top but after insulation we noticed one end of the counter didn't have the same edge we had picked out. We called immediately but they didn't seem to care. Thankfully it's not noticeable since it's on the end.Never got a thank you card to express thanks for our purchase. I'm kinda old fashioned to think when someone spends thousands of dollars at your business a card of thanks would be good business follow up.
