4.6 Stars? I was very surprised. No doubt this is a five-star company. So I simply checked the profiles of the one star reviews and... just as I suspected.... fake accounts/bots intentionally trying to bring the ratings down.

The preplanning was done early with delivery of all materials. The crew started and finished the job to perfection on time. High quality of work was performed.The added touch of paint on the vent stacks was awesome. Never even thought about it until they asked.I would recommend Big Bang Home Improvement for any of your roofing needs.

Craig and the entire Big Bang team were very professional. They took the time to problem solve a previous roofing issue and showed up to ensure our house was safe when unexpected storms popped up. A very friendly and knowledgeable team!

Craig and his team were exceptional. They tore off our old roof and installed new one very timely and professional. The clean up was great. I've used Big Bang in the past for storm repair and knew when it was time to replace our roof that I would call them. We're very happy with the finished project. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I'm so happy I called this company. I've been admiring their work for awhile. Big Bang beat out a couple other quotes I had, and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I knew exactly when everything was happening at my house. The crew did a great job cleaning up and getting the job done quickly. I recommend this company 100 percent.

For years we wanted a back porch on our home. Finally we pulled the trigger andcalled Craig at Big Bang. The project was skillfully done and in a timely manner even with my wife changing things in the middle of the project. When I told craig of the change (doubling the porch size) he requoted the job and rolled with it still completing the job in the original timeframe. From design to build Craig's team was nothing less than top notch. Best decision we have made in a long time and it has increased our family time and lifestyle right out our backdoor. Highly reccomend and would call again in an instant.

Craig put together a quote for my roof right before the Pandemic and kept in contact with me through that down time. As soon as it was safe he obviously got very busy but still kept me in the loop to his activities and schedule. If his attention to his business and customer wasn't enough, the great job he and his team did certainly was. They showed up on time and finished early while providing a wonderful result. Oh, and one more amazing thing. I was doing some remodeling work on my home and when I asked him if I could fill the dumpster up with some of my garbage from that effort, he said absolutely" and "keep it as long as you need". Great Guy!! Great Team!! Great Company!! Call him today if you need work done.."

Craig was awesome. He came to my home promptly and was a professional. He was honest, and up front about what was causing my roof leak. He even cleaned out my gutter while he was here. He’s a great guy and I highly recommend contacting him for your home improvement needs. I’ll be contacting him in the future.

Craig is very easy to get a hold of to set up your project with. His employees are all very nice and polite. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Our roof turned out great. No leaks, no issues. The fascia work turned out amazing and so did our gutters. It all looks great and does it’s job without issues.

Craig and his crew were very professional, timely and quick about their work. Craig helped me with before and after photos, gave me honest assessment of roof while up there (didn't try to sell me!) Will look them up in the future for full roofing job in the future. Thanks Craig!
