White Sparkle Nails

I paid over $90 for these nails and they are really low quality. There’s bubbles in the gel polish, the gel is uneven and lumpy, there are spaces in the star design where it shows the gel polish under, the white stars aren’t opaque, it’s weirdly filed under the nails and I had them for only three days and they are chipping. I haven’t done anything active or anything to make them chip either. I went in to ask for a refund and the person helping me was rude. She basically told me it was my fault for choosing a bad design and a chrome nail. They are redoing my nails but I want a refund because I don’t think they can do a good job. She also won’t tell why I can’t get a refund, she just said she can’t.

I booked for 4 pedicure for me and my 2 girl and my husband,for my self I wanted shellac pedicure and regular polish for my daughter. I get pedicure every 4 weeks and it was my first time being in this nail salon.they were keep staring at us and talking in there own language…BUT the worse part was they didn’t pay attention to what they should do,i have ingrown and it took the lady to take it out in 20 minutes at the end she couldn’t do it she call the other lady to come and she just pushed my skin down and give me severe pain all night,she didn’t even remove my old color correctly and I ended up to decide not put color.for my kids the way they coloured my kids nails can do better than them.

I have done my nails with Tammy or Tina. They both do an amazing job I love their work! A little bit expensive but it’s totally worth it!!

Three stars because my friends and I had different experiences based on the nail tech we had. However I did not get everyone’s names, just the notable techs.The good: Chris had a great attitude and did an even better job (brown hearts). Those who had received pedicures had a fun experience and were cracking jokes with their Neil techs behind us the whole time!The bad: Serena rushed through the appointment, had a negative attitude, and was not consistent in her nail art (my friend had to politely ask her multiple times to make one of the hearts larger). She did the red French nails, and charged extra at the end too.During our appointment, some of the other employees were talking with our nail techs, laughing, and even pointed in the direction of me and my nail tech. And of course I don’t know what they were saying, which made me quite uncomfortable..

This is a terrible place. NEVER EVER GO HERE!!! The Staff are rude and unprofessional the nails are VERY poor quality. I would rather cut my nails completely off then go here ever again. Just had a manicure here and was very disappointed I was a walk in and was pleasantly surprised when they could accommodate me the place was clean and I felt good about it the nail tech was walking out the door with a Costco card in her hand so I get it she was probably irritated she had to do a service but she had the option of saying no no one said hi to me or greeted me in any way she never said a word to me the entire time I was in the chair when she wanted me to put my hands in the dryer she tapped on it but she had no problem laughing and joking with her colleagues she rushed me through the service did a half hearted hand massage then indicated I was done I paid my 42.00 because I received the service I went in for I did not tip as I felt she did the bare minimum required and I got the feeling I was inconveniencing her by being there.Edited to add I called asking to speak to a manager and was told one wasn’t available but would call me that was four days ago and I did not receive a call. I would also like to add I asked for my nails to be rounded and she completely squared them off altogether a very unpleasant experience I will not be back

I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have to say I fully understand the business after that amount of time. So I give every location I try 4 opportunities. Unfortunately this place didn’t meet the mark each time.First time I saw Chris and he was rude from the beginning and through the whole appointment; I wasn’t asking for anything out of the norm just coffin style (which he told me wouldn’t look good on my nails…) I’ve had coffin for 5 years now and it looks great. He did in the end do the shape I asked for. However I couldn’t get him to make them thinner, it was like having Chiclets on my fingers but I was done with his rudeness at that point.The next three visits were with Hanna, she was also rude each time but she made them thinner so I thought I can pay for the work and skip the “experience” in hopes that if I tipped well and kept coming back it would get better… nope not the case, it went down hill each time.Back to the drawing board to find a salon that has at minimum a tech that isn’t throwing your hands around in clear frustration; still not sure what that was about but if I was to guess the staff are unhappy and don’t like their jobs. They don’t speak to you ever and they talk in a different language the whole time with their co-workers. It sucks cause you never no what they are laughing and pointing about…

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pedicure! The tech was very rough and rude and when I called her on it she started yelling at me and talking and laughing about me with the other techs. The pedicure itself was poorly done and so rough she hurt me. Lisa never spoke to me once and was in such a hurry I was out in 25 minutes. Never go here….it’s a complete waste of time. I always look forward to a relaxing experience but I only went here because my grandkids gave me a gift card. Horrible customer relations and product. I would give it negative stars if I could. Don’t let Lisa near you!!!

Came here for the first time today as I had some time to kill in the area and thought I’d try a new nail place closer to home. The place looked cute in photos and the man at the desk was friendly, I find it odd that they charge more for certain colors that are in the same bunch with the rest of the regular shellac colors in the basket I’ve never been up charged for those same colors at other salons. It wasn’t a new style either just a polish in a bottle. Anyway fine, so I went to the lady and immediately realized this is the sort of place where there isn’t much of an experience, they don’t care to talk to u or ask u how’s your day or even say hi and continue to chat with their coworkers in their own language. My tech didn’t even ask me if I’m ok when she drilled with the metal drill tip on my natural nail and it burned and no sorry either. When I’m looking for a long term place to go I want a place that has a good vibe and I enjoy my experience. This lady seemed annoyed by me when she asks me to check the nails and I say please shorten this one she would barely correct it then I ask again and it was like it was an annoyance for her. But she should want me to be happy with my nails. In the end she doesn’t even say oh pretty looks nice do you like it or have a good day bye! Like just zero care.’s As for the work itself it was just ok like not the worst definitely not the best maybe like a C- but the worst part was the whole experience there. If I’m spending an hour and a bit. of my time I want to make it enjoyable. I just felt like a number not a person. There’s just zero customer service or experience here and it feels like the nail techs don’t like the customers.

Quincy was amazing and so so sweet! Really paid attention to detail for my pedicure! The woman who did my nails did an amazing job aswell I just didn’t catch her name :(
