general location good. units facing fremont are exposed to noise and son making it very hot to sleep at night. strata will not let you tan windows or put a/c.

Beautiful family oriented community!!! Amazing parks and amenities and really close to kilometres of dyke trails and nature reserves!!! Community over looks Pitt River and Mountains and is centrally located, with walking distance to any shopping one could need :-)

Looks cute to drive through and close to hwy from commuting. Does anyone know what will be developed in the big farm land areas just north of this development towards the mountains? I am curious what will be going in at the Northeast area of Dominion and Freemont Connector in the future...more residential townhomes eventually?

Super narrow townhouses all all bundled together. They receive a point for cuteness, but functionality is lacking.

This is a beautiful master planned community! The amenities and proximity to PoCo trail are out standing. Something no everyone notices is the adorable community garden plots just north of the pool facility. There are many families in the community as it is a newer community I would hope for the future to make this a truly walking neighborhood there would be plans for all levels of schools and mixed density development.
