Great service. Went in to get ownership of my car transfered and renewed my insurance. A gentleman named Vaibhav filled out all the paperwork and made the process so smooth. Really thankful for his help! Best place to get insurance!

Went last Friday almost closing... single mom with a busy toddler.... I could only get one plate off my car and the lady asked a guy named Sheldon to help me. I showed him to my car and walked back the lady already processed my car insurance and had fresh plates ready for me to take. Not even 5 minutes Sheldon comes back with my plate. Best service ever.

Came here to register our car and received excellent service from Karim. He seemed genuinely interested in saving us money while making sure we were properly insured. He was supposed to leave at a certain time, so another employee offered to take over but he cheerfully stayed with us to complete all the paperwork and left about half an hour late. Great service and we will be going back to him in the future :)

Lol they tried to force me to sign documents that were false! Told them the paperwork was wrong and they kept insisting I sign it anyways. Not impressed I'm not putting my name on a legal document that isn't accurate hahahaha give your head a shake!

Two weeks ago, on a Sunday evening and twenty minutes before closing I went in to change my policy from in storage" to back on the road. The rush was an appointment two hours away leaving at 9 am Monday morning

Very easy, very convenient, in and out. Long short, seller made mistake on initial Transfer Form. After much back and forth, I finally had the paperwork AFTER my insurance place closed.Was suuuper grateful these guys were open late"!! Agent was very kind

Unprofessional, horrible, the worst customer service I have experienced in long time. Came in 15mins before they closed, doing a transfer owner ship. The lady at counter told me she doesn’t have enough time to finish because they close soon…… she told me ask the MANAGER! Ok, 2 mins later the lady with the tile MANAGER she said no they can not do it cause they only has 8mins to close… (behind the counter has 6 employees seat there waiting for close.) if Sussex Insrance do not care their business I guess this is the perfect way to start. Please remove the closing time 17:00PM. This place need some better MANAGEMENT.

Excellent customer service. Recently purchased a truck in Port Alberni. However, the registration was incomplete from the dealer, making it impossible to insure. Tara, the Manager at Sussex Nanaimo, went above and beyond to help with this mess. With ‘special thanks’ to her, Sussex is our go to.
