Kevin Shivratan was an absolute pleasure to work with and his tireless efforts and advice helped us in purchasing our first home. He always had our best interests in mind and his expertise was extremely invaluable as we navigated the current housing market. He was always realistic with us in terms of which options would best fit our budget and his experience in the industry made it very quick and easy to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the multiple properties that we saw. Dissappointed in the lack of handicap spots available in one of their plazas here in Barrie. This plaza has multiple health services located within it and only a handful of spots to serve it. Very very dissappointed.
