Wet Zone

Unfortunately I have to give this business a one star because zero stars is not an option. We not only received extremely rude treatment from one employee named Maureen but was also pressured by her to buy a chemical that could have destroyed our cedar hot tub.My husband and I went to Wet Zone to pick up some balancers for our new cedar hot tub and Maureen was the person that provided us with her lack of expertise, she was very rude, belittling and nasty with her information. Maureen was persistent that we needed to buy chlorine although we thought otherwise but she was adamant and made us feel stupid so we gave in to the pressure and bought the chlorine. When we returned home we felt uncomfortable and therefore researched the use of chlorine in cedar hot tubs. We determined that chlorine in a cedar hot tub is an absolute no". Just to add reassurance we contacted the cedar hot tub manufacturer the next business day

Chris and the staff at the store are awesome. I have been dealing with WetZone for many years. I have shopped at other pool supply stores but I find Chris and his staff very knowledgeable and go above and beyond in their willingness to help me and problem solve any issues that I have. They are not just trying to push more pool chemicals like many of the other stores. Thanks for your latest help with my new pool liner installation.

We can’t say enough about how happy we are with the service Chris and his team provided us on our pool and spa. From the very beginning, we felt like we were in good hands. They provide a professional service and we’re very helpful with trouble shooting issues with our home and going above and beyond on fixing things that weren’t even related to our pool nor spa. They have a great team to work with.

We had been shopping for hot tubs for the previous months and have gone to pretty much all the places in Vernon and Kelowna. Lindsay from Wet Zone went above and beyond with her customer service and we could not be happier with our purchase. It was delivered and set up exactly when they said it would be and were sure to phone to let us know they were on their way. Everyone who was involved with our purchase, delivery and setup were knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. Not to mention they beat everyone’s prices. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another hot tub from Lindsay.

The greatest pool store EVER. Period. If you’re not spending time in this store on a regular basis you’re nobody.

The staff here went above and beyond today to help me with getting our new pool pump up and running with new fittings! Been to this place in the past and they always do whatever they can to help you!! They are the best in customer service of all pool places in Kelowna for sure!!!

Rose Valley Recreation Society has been using Wet Zone for 14 years - everything from getting water samples tested, pool chemical and supply purchases, season opening and closing assistance, assistance with mechanical repairs and issues and more! Their customer service and support is second to none. Chris, Maureen, Clare and team are absolutely amazing! There is no challenge they can't handle. We definitely could not do what we do without them! They always know exactly what we need to do to correct a challenge and explain the process in an easy-to-understand way. Their knowledge on all things pool and spa related is exceptional. We had pipes burst just days prior to our pool opening this year. They worked tirelessly to help get everything fixed and we were able to open as scheduled. Thank You Wet Zone!

I was thrilled with the level of professionalism, advise and speedy service I received from Wet Zone. They were fantastic communicating via email to ensure that I was getting the correct chemicals to remedy my chlorine issues before I made the 35 minute drive to come in. Upon arrival I was provided exceptional service and was provided detailed instructions and calculations on how much chemical to use to fixe my pool quickly. Got home and followed their directions exactly and my pool was ready to be enjoyed within 1 1/2 hours with perfect chemistry levels. Thank you! Highly recommended for pools, chemicals and service!

First off let me say that Coast Hot Tubs are great! We love our tub and it is a fantastic product. If your in the market for one, I would recommend you shop elsewhere. We factory ordered a tub which was a major investment for us, with the features we wanted. When it was delivered the base had a hole in it that was obviously hit with the forks of a forklift. Solution, a piece of black duct tape :( Also 2 of the features we ordered and paid for were never installed on our tub. We were told that this would be taken care of as well. Guess what, months later and we have not heard a thing. Overall not a good experience with Wet Zone
