I had called to clear up my collections from spa lady to get a mortgage and i had talked to berkley he was very helpful and very pleased to give me a written letter saying that i have cleared my account up it was very nice to deal with him and not be treated like another person with bad credit

CRS fraudulently has posted a collection account to both Trans Union and Equifax. Trans Union did an in house investigation and found the charge had no grounds an took it off the report. Equifax has an investigation going as well. And it will be dropped if there was a way to give 0 stars I would.

I contacted Financial Recovery System in Calgary to resolve a collection issue I had with city of Calgary ambulance services ( Apparently I owed them ~$350). As I was ready to settle the matter, I called their office and was connected with one Ronald, who claimed to be the director of the organization. This man turned out to be one of the most vile example of human being on the face of this planet. Not only he treated me as a sub human species ( apparently if one has a collection on file, one looses all civil rights; akin to joining the military), but was evasive and downright rude. All I asked him to do was to fax me a payout statement, which he refused.

Boardwalk rental put me in collection for something that I that totally forgot to pay. I cleared this debt to my best abilities. I tried getting a mortgage and was turned down because of a derogatory reporting by Consolidated Recovery. I wrote an email to them explaining the difficulties I was having especially during this pandemic. They showed me no mercy or understanding. I will be going to media to escalate this matter further and everyone else should do the same(CTV and GLOBAL news)

I had a worst experience today with account manager Jen Nair.She was so rude.i really don't understand why people like Jen Nair think about themselves.There was so much Attitude when she was talking..She didn't hear properly what my husband was trying to explain her she just hang phone . I suggest Consolidated recovery system to hire nice and behaved people with good Costumer Service who can understand all situations and work with people not against with peoples.I very upset with her ride behaviour

Terrible communication skills… accepting clients without doing full check in the validity of their claims

I told them to send it by mail. I received nothing. They called later and accused canada post for losing it (liars). I paid by phone to a woman with a robotic voice. Then called a bank thought its a scam because of the voice but turned out to be a legal organization.

Spoke with a gentleman named Berkley, very professional. I was also in a rush and he was more than accommodating, providing me with a quick 2 step process and I was happily on my way! I rarely leave reviews but I just had to for the services I received today. Well done!
