While generally satisfied with the service and overall honesty, I am very suspicious of the pricing of parts used. Quick checks online through two different Canadian parts retailers show prices easily 50-60% less than what I've paid for the identical parts this shop has used. I'm aware and expect some level of mark-up but paying almost $200 for the exact same part (brand and part #) that I could buy myself for between $80-100 online from two different distributors in Canada made me feel cheated.

If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic then this is your place. I've been bringing my cars here for roughly 10 years. Bob and Jonathan consistently do the right thing.

My regular mechanic, there are waits sometimes during busy season but I can always trust Bob and Jonathan to take care of my car(s).
