The staff at the Williams Lake location are super helpful, have often gone out of their way to help me/us, and have helped me source the best coverage for the most reasonable price. They were our agents for most of our years in WL and I reccomend them. lWe've worked with them as out of province customers for the past four years, and they've made that really seamless also, right up to helping sort things out after the sale of our house.It's been a pleasure, Hub Crew, thanks and best!

Fast, efficient and they didn't try to upsell me on my insurance needs. They did ask if I wanted more coverage on my boat trailer but didn't push anything. Getting insurance shouldn't be a high pressure experience. And it wasn't. Will be using these guys again.

Hub is a great place for auto insurance, it's easy to call in to renew but I just popped in early right when they opened and I was immediately greeted and helped without any wait time. Extremely efficient and professional, took only a few minutes for the whole ordeal. Based on my experience there today, I highly recommend this office for all your insurance needs !
