They got excellent service in Calgary though. They provided us an excellent bus, clean, comfortable, and well maintained vehicle. The dispatch I think that was Donald Chui was very helpful too. Price was good also. Couldn't ask for more for a bus company. This is a tier 1 company.I do see bunch of complains for their BC site. Maybe they need improvement on their Vancouver site.

We had an excellent 10/10 trip from Vancouver to Whistler last nov 18-20 and vice versa with our driver Danny who was also acted as our tour guide because he is very knowledgeable about our route, we stopped by famous attractions along the way. He is very patient, kind and friendly. 10/10 also to Michael, my contact with Universal. Booking was smooth and reliable. This is my second time availing of their fleet. We would love to avail again of the services of Universal coach!

I travelled to Whistler BC on Friday December 7, 2018, and the bags were supposed to be unloaded at the hotel. My bag was not found anywhere in the hotel, so the staff contacted the company to check if any bugs were left on the bus. 2 days later, still no word from the company, the bus shows up to drive us back to the YVR. And apparently my bag is still there. And the bus driver FORGOT to check. Just shows how nobody cares. I would not trust this transportation company with luggage

Travelled with Universal on a family tour across the cities of both Vancouver and Victoria for sightseeing and had a great experience. The coaches were top-notch, clean, on time and the driver was nice. My overall experience was very positive and my kids were delighted to have wifi on the coach during the drive. Will definitely book and travel with them again!

Rude and disrespectful bus drivers, refusing to turn the heat on for the passengers on a cold and rainy day. I was also told to sit in the back of the bus even though it was empty.The drivers skill level are questionable at best.Not to mention the very poor condition of the busses, (leaky windows, seat belts not working, vehicles clearly needing maintenance but not receiving any)
