Fantastic dental clinic. Dr. Yacyshyn was extremely pleasant, patient-centered, and very thorough. Front staff were amazing as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for dental care.

Empire Dental is the best. I had a tiny chip that had me worried as tooth issues sometimes can get serious. Dr. Maclure took a quick peak and assured me it was nothing to worry about. I've had my teeth looked after by Empire for some time now and love the place. The front office staff is on a level of their own and Dr. Maclure is as stellar as they get. Keep up the great work.

The work I had done at this office was quite good but I have moved out of the area and have a new dentist. For the past year they have been bombarding me with emails, texts and now phone calls telling me I’m due for a cleaning. I have sent multiple emails asking to be removed and manually unsubscribed but I still get the emails and phone calls. It’s very annoying. Keep this in mind if you are a new patient.

The dentist is kind and professional, but if you don’t have insurance is too expensive for you. You need to wait a lot for see the doctor, they written immediately for your next appointment, even if you don’t want another appointment.

Dr. Cable was so kind & considerate with dealing with me. I am so grateful that she has given me some hope with regards to my teeth. She took the time to file my teeth down so they are not so sharp. It was within no time that she managed to get me an appointment with a surgeon! Her assistant Jody was so caring as well. Lynda has been great with booking my appointment, the necessary paper work & helping get us there! Thank you all so much.

Dr. Yacyshun is the best dentist I have ever had. He is friendly and has great attention to details. His pricing is really good and does not try to upsell you if you do not need it. I had 2 emergencies and answered me right away and got me in really quick. If you need implants, bridges or partials, the man that does this is the best in the city. All the staff are really good. He also teaches dentistry at the university. Thank you, for always taking such great care of me.

Be very careful!!! My wife just got a bill for $1000 of Botox that she received a year ago . Empire & DR Cable didn’t put the claim through with our insurance and know 2 years later they have sent us a bill demanding $1000 for Botox that would have been covered under our health insurance. They have never sent a bill for outstanding balance to us . This would have helped to get this squared away years ago . We also never received any phone calls stating that we have a outstanding balance . I DO NOT RECOMMEND EMPIRE DENTAL

Not a great experience. This office was recommended to me by my own dentist to have a consultation with a TMJ expert. The consultation was $385 for a 40 minute conversation that I waited an hour and a half to get into. You would think for such an expensive appointment that it would at least start on time... On top of this, I thought the cost would be covered by my insurance company because they say they cover %100 of an average consultation fee. It turns out the average fee (according to my insurance company, at least) is only $70. Just goes to show how much they over charge at this office.

I was referred here after my jaw started having issues. Dr. Cable is not only kind, but she explains things in a way to help you understand. Obviously, the costs are higher than a traditional dentist, but she’s truly saving me. My splint is like a weighted blanket for my teeth, and I’ve already seen so much improvement.

For my first assessment I was told to show up 15min early for my apt scheduled at 10 so I showed up at 9:45am and filled out the docs. I waited in the waiting room for 1.5hours without anyone even checking in with me once to let me know what was going on. Finally I told them I had to leave because I needed to get on with my day then they were able to get me in right away… back again today and again, here for my apt on time and it took 45min to be seen then another 10min in the chair waiting for the dentist… they are nice people here but as a business, it is really frustrating how they operate with wait times. If I wasn’t referred here by my lawyer for my MVA and if it wasn’t such a tedious process to begin seeing a new dentist I would have been gone after the first impression gone wrong. Disappointing.
