Disgusting behaviour from the manager. I heard her continuously yelling at a visibly sick employee that she could not go home, regardless of vomiting multiple times. Her customer service is terrible and I found her constantly rolling her eyes at me when I was asking about certain chocolates. Will not be supporting again. Free vomit girl.

Horrible service. My girlfriend bought chocolates and then dropped them 2 minutes later. Then I was treated like I'm the bad person when I asked for a replacement for their overpriced chocolate. Bad manager. Only reason this deserves 1 star is the other employee seemed nice. Don't cone here if you like to be treated with respect.

I’m absolutely appalled by the disgusting behaviour of one employee. the tall man working there looked at my friend’s breaststs multiple times and i will not stand for this type of misogynistic behaviour, have him fired immediately.

All the employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. The chocolates as always are just amazing and perfect gifts for friends, family and colleagues. Also the peanut butter Daisy's are to die for.
