Love this Home hardware in Brandon, has everything you can think of. The hunting and fishing section has some of the best and hard to get items around. Amazing ammunition selection too!!

I worked at a Home Hardware in Ontario as a teen and feel significant affinity to the brand, but I just can't love the local store. Ordered some steel roofing a few years ago which was an absolute fiasco, and the staff were so grumpy about cutting keys for me recently that the person in line behind me commented on the atmosphere. They went a little further in that key transaction to make sure I never come back, which was a extra sad.

This store has a terrific selection of products for one's household or building needs. Also, their hunting & fishing section is great. I appreciate the friendly service from the associates. Highly recommended!

What a fantastic experience I had with this store.I had placed an order online for a particular item, but then received a response that it had been canceled. I was disappointed, so I called the store to see if there were other options. The associate I spoke to on the phone found a substitute for me and put it to side, giving me ample time to come and grab it.When I went to the store pickup my item, it was clean, organized, and everyone was very friendly. I stopped at customer service where someone saw to me right away, and while I was waiting another associate checked with me to make sure I was looked after. The cashier at the front was exceptionally personable, and very friendly as well.Today, less than 24 hours later, someone from the store called because she noticed my canceled order in their system and was calling to follow-up with me. She made every effort to locate the original item, but was unfortunately unable to do so. I told her I had my substitute and had already grabbed it. The entire conversation was lovely, and her attention to detail having spotted the order, and her courteous phone call is above and beyond the normal customer experience at most other places, and I cannot thank the entire store and the staff for a wonderful overall experience.

This place has the best staff, I go here often, and they are all so helpful. Good job guys!!!
