Excellent work. I'm very happy. I would definitely use their services again.

Just didn't show up. I booked an appointment and he didn't show. I called and rebooked and again, still didn't show. When I called after the second missed appointment the person answering the phone said he was two counties away working on a different job. They didn't even offer an apology after I rearranged my entire week to ensure I was home to get the work done.I can't comment on the quality of his work because I couldn't get him to my house.

Prompt and helpful

I have called Village Locksmith 20+ times in the last thirty years or so(two different work locations and home) and have always received prompt and friendly service. Wouldn't go to anyone else when I need a locksmith!

Not a fan of anyone who just opens my apartment door, without knocking, and just comes in expecting to do his job without previous warning.My second experience with him wasn’t much better. We’ve been trying to get him to change our apartment locks for 2 months now (in this town, you don’t really have a second option for a locksmith), but he usually ends up leaving during the job, or just never shows up when we’re told he will.UPDATE. The day after I posted this review, I was told he would show up on August 30th (today) and so he did finally show up, and AGAIN, left without changing my locks. How is this even happening? What are you getting paid to do????
