I had a travel emergency when my mother broke her glasses! Moe was able to fix up a pair for us in 30min, same day notice. He was very polite and surprisingly spoke mandarin with my mom! He even offered us a great discount that day. I highly recommend checking out the store and seeing their selection. There was a good range in both style and price. It was hard to choose between frames.

This is my 2nd eye appointment ever .Having ventured from Port Hardy and really not knowing what to expect when I walked in ,I was made extremely welcome and gingerly walked through the entire process .My mind was awakened with the ease advanced technology made this experience. I loved my opthamologist who told me she was very passionate about her job .That was quite obvious .She made me want to pursue a career with this company.At the end of the test the Dr was right there throughly going over every detail she had been aware of during the exam.I was in safe and good hands and really can't say enough wonderful things about the Bay Centre people.Extremely HELPFUL .THANK YOU ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Had an amazing experience here, my glasses were ready same day which was a first, Promit was extremely helpful and friendly, I will definitely be coming here for all my glasses and eye exams in the future.

I had my eye exam done by Sam who was so thoughtful and thorough throughout the whole process. She did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable and made sure I understood everything. I cannot recommend this place enough and suggest getting your eye exam done by Sam she’s the best!!

We were looking for a place to get sunglasses adjusted. It was right before closing time and Samantha at Opti Canada was super helpful and very nice. We got the adjustment and she encouraged us to come back if we needed to have the nose pads exchanged as well is need be. It was a great experience and Sam was amazing.
