I would give zero stars if I could . This is the worst location . Always long waiting lines with only one employee who she was kind to excuse herself for the delays. I left the first time because there were so many people waiting , came back a few days after just for the employee to tell me that she doesn’t even have 200$ to receive a transfer after I waited again for some time to be served. Unacceptable , never again!!

Service is very slow. The agents behind the counter work extremely slow and disorganized manner. Waiting time for 1 transfer can be as long as 1 hour 1.5 hour. There is one girl that i had to repeat my phone number 7 times or more. She was not focus at what she was doing. She was processing my transfer and talking with her colleagues and laughing. I was late for work for her poor and unprofessional service. Never going there again.

Extremely horrible attitude from both stuff and manager. They act like they are the boss but instead all what they can(should) do is to serve clients, Manager came to scream to us as while saying “I’m talking to you!”. She acts like she has mental sickness:(But anyway have fun with your messed up life;)

Le service est mauvais ca prens 30 min a 40 min pour passet 10 clients. The worst service ever there 3 ladies but only 1 workind i waited 30 to 40 minutes there where only 10 client in front of me

First time using this location (sunday and monday PM) and the service was excellent. I had issues with my code and account and the agent did everything she could to help me...(very supportive to be honest).
