We went in to plan a family vacation to disney world and everything was great at their office. The agent said she would get right to work on the package. called the next day to ensure we provided the correct phone number and email address which she conformed we did and she was still working on options for us. We have still not received a response back from their office, no emails, or phone calls, I even check my junk email daily. Fairly disappointed that we were not even told they were to busy for our business.
