The cashier could use a little smile while greeting or taking orders. She seemed least interested which makes the customers uncomfortable. And she did not suggest any add ons. The tables were a mess. All of them. And 6 were empty. We had to eat in the car. Overall, needs improvement.

Poor performance and service. Stopped by en route to Toronto to grab and go. No sauce provided for the chicken, no napkins, and no ice in drink. Food was decent.

Very pleasant experience. I had a big order and they even bagged it nicely. Nothing was tipped or squished. Food was awesome.

Drive thru , ordered a mama burger, mozzarella burger both w sweet potato fries , sweet potato fries were barly even blanched almost raw and even a few still partially frozen ones . One bag was full portion the other less than half .. I made a complaint to the drive thru 3 hours later when I got back to town and he said it's been a ongoing issue with the day cook .. well then who ever needs to retrain him you might want to do it .. very very disappointing and for the price of what I payed for the 2 meals , I should have been offered a coupon for 2 free meals or something at least...

I really do love A&W food. It is a fast food restaurant, but with a more mature taste going on. The onion rings are to die for, and the rootbeer can't be beat. The only issue I really have with A&W is the pricing. Cheaper them a fancy restaurant....yes, but compared to most other fast food restaurants it is fairly pricey. Good place to take your Mom, Dad, Sister, Grandparents, but if you are taking out a couple of kids who will drop most of their meal kn the floor this is not your place. It is always clean in this restaurant, but it isn't ever very busy so it's easy for the staff to keep the establishmenr clean and it is not like you will need to wait in line to order your food. O central ordered it takes a little longer then the other fastfood places but the care they take in quality makes the time worth it. The price too I guess, if you aren't broke that day.

I've tried this location numerous times as it's close to my house. It is a disappointment everytime. Super long wait time at the drive through tonight. One mushroom on my burger, dried out and no sauce. I wouldn't recommend.

While driving on highway 401, I saw the big Canadian flag in Brockville and decided I would stop to grab a quick bite to eat. There are a bunch of fast food restaurants at this turn off and I just wanted something to carrying me over on my road trip. So I popped into the A&W and ordered an egg and cheese English muffin and some apple juice. Both met my expectations in service and food quality.
