From the moment we walked in to the time we left, the owner was delightful. He was so kind and generous with the portions. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was cozy. We will definitely be making this our only Lebanese restaurant.

I go to Sana often with most of my friends and we all love it. Owner is friendly and gives us what we pay for. Always loads our chicken rice combo up with sauce. Way better than McDonald’s.

Pulled into a spot in front of the restaurant and while I'm getting out of my car to come in for chicken and rice, employee comes out and asks if I'm picking up a skip order and I say no then he says i can't park there. So instead of coming in I left and will never be back. Not a very welcoming way to treat customers. If parking for the restaurant next door is so bad then talk to them. Don't jump on your customers.

Love this place, order at-least once a week one of the best chicken shawarmas and the guy who owns it and his wife are very kind and humble always giving us discounts and some time free stuff and they always load my shawarma with the good stuff very healthy good food. Good job keep it up.

Wanted to share my great experience at Sam’s grill this evening. I had the chicken shawarma which was flavourful, tasty, and left me satiated. What was equally impressive was the friendliness of the owner who served me. I strongly recommend Sana grill to anyone looking for great shawarma and dining atmosphere!

Awesome food, also known as the guy with the headset I would like to update this review to continuous 5 star. Every time I come here the food is amazing. Very flavorful and awesome taste. I get the same thing every time and every time it tastes the same. High quality ingredients made right and with care. Exallent place to eat anyday

I've been to a few Sana Grills , I'm from Niagara region as well . I would very much recommend this location over the rest. The food is really good and the customer service as well .Not sure if it was a worker or owner that helped me customize my order for my mother today but thank you she loved it .

I love this place. I've ordered delivery from here a bunch of times, didn't know how close they were. The food was fantastic, the owner was awesome. 100% will be going back there weekly.

Not as good as it used to be. White sauce is watery, hot sauce is not hot, I asked for onions and didn’t get any the rice is very orange and I think it’s short grain rice, and not much flavour in the chicken. Not too mention, I got about 3/4 of the food that I used to get. I’ve been ordering from this place for the last six years, and I was pretty disappointed. having said that, the guy working there was very friendly, but still not worth the money anymore.
