dr is great, but making an appointment is annoying and frustrating. No email address is available, except for phone calls. Additionally, the phone line frequently forwards to their voicemail.For example, in once instance, I have tried to make an appointment for around 3 days straight, trying to call them whenever I have time starting from their morning hours till closing hours.

I've been seeing Dr. Lee for 20 years (since I was 16), starting at his Broadview office. He is such an exceptional and phenomenal doctor that I followed him to his office in Scarborough and after that Pacific Mall and now his office in Markham. Both of my daughters have been seeing him since birth (now 12 and 17). They see him as a Family Doctor.
