Same as Jordan, they are not returning calls, don't seem to care for their patient. Been trying to reach them with no success. I sent e-mails, left messages and no call back. I guess they don't want to serve people anymore. Very bad experience.

My medical script expired so on my daughter's referral I reached out to Canada House Clinics. I could not be happier. Previously, I had been given little to no information on dosing, which products I should take etc., and decided not to pursue medical cannibis for my health issues. I am so happy to have found this clinic. My first experience with Linda (intake) was not only friendly and professional, but very informative. I then had a call with Jennifer who spent a great deal of time answering all of my questions and supplied me with much reading material to help me understand the different options and health benefits. I now have a call with a doctor scheduled (at my convenience) and look forward to a long relationship with this company. Thank you Canada House Clinic for helping me.

If you want to call countless times with no answer and not have your voicemails returned then by all means go with Canada House Clinics. If you want hassle free smooth sailing then I suggest you look elsewhere. If i could give 0 stars I would have.

Never had an issue. Always pleasant staff. Karen is amazing.
