Staff are hard working and compassionate.

My papa mike was at this facility for years and loved it :) great staff.

this nursing home is one of the worst places that I could have placed my father in. The staff turnover is very high approximately every 2 months according to my father who is in a wheelchair and very hard of hearing. He has fallen numerous times which the staff have reported to me, however did not take any safety measures to ensure that it not happen again. He has been attacked by some of the walking residents at which time I was told that this was not the case, resulting in my father's report that this was not so. They have painted the rooms and hallways but Long Term residents continue to live without proper care. During the Covid Crisis which we have all experienced my father went as long as one month without getting a bath several times. The mattresses are old and very uncomfortable which is a nightmare for arthritic patients.The staff are not trained and given limited info on what their duties are resulting in poor nursing care ei: staff have not clamped his catheter resulting in my father being soaked with his own urine. I replaced the convoluted mattress with a cover at my father's expense.My father is treated like a patient which has Alzheimer's or senile dementia. His regular comment is that they do what they want and don't care for anyone. Complaints are treated with talk not action!Neglect

Highly Appreciate the effort of the staff and management to constantly make improvements that focus on providing quality care to the residents. Even minor issues are dealt with great diligence.

GlobalTV just said this establishment was instructed to stop accepting new people due to poor conditions.

Stay away! What a gross place. Save your loved ones

As a former employee,I would highly recommend not sending your loved ones or even work here. Management does not know what they are doing, and have contradicting policies. The only thing consistent is being understaffed. This has lead to increase rates of incidents, and cases of neglect. In the end residents are the ones that suffer, and not given the quality of care they deserve. The turnover rate is so high, that the residents constantly have to explain their routines. I would not recommend this place.

I’d rate lower. But this place is a death sentence for your grandparents. They allowed my grandfather to get a really bad infection to the point he’s been hospitalized. Please don’t bring your family here. They will die.
