CITRINO COURIER

Had to drop off a prepaid package. Was swift and quick. The guy greeted me with Bonjour" and I said "Hi" let him know I prefer English. But he continued talking French although I replied in English. He was able to understand English as he replied (in French) to my questions.Not the first time. Happened to me in a Metro station years ago. Sent a complaint to the STM. But today "I am too old for this s**t". [TM]"

I have used Citrino in the past and everything was right; however the costumer service became awfull, you don't believe it but they charge you $2 for a recycled carton box (even if they reuse Amazon or other courrier boxes), and $1 for the tape to close the box. I understand that it could be annoyed for them to give those for free everytime, but it is not possible to be so stingy, I could understand about the boxes if they were new boxes as FedEX or Canada Post does, but they are not; and the tape is too much.

Tried to scam me. (AVIANCA / CITRINO)They tried to scam me by pretending my package wasn’t there. I showed them the flyer I received from Purolator (hours after getting a notification that my package had arrived to AVIANCA) and then they spoke for 20 minutes in the back store. Then the clerk told that I had to go because they never received my package and probably never will.I walked ALL the way back home, called Purolator. Waited an hour on the phone. The person on the phone was nice at least and they called Citrino / Avianca and the Purolator person told me that my package had been there for MANY hours (way before I was there). They told me that it happens sometimes that they losepackages, like what?I went back to AVIANCA. Waited another 20 minutes after asking for my package. I showed them my ID, my address etc. and they finally said they had my package but it took a lot of time to finally get it.Terrible place, very sketchy.

I came to get a parcel from Fedex at opening hour. Service was polite and fast. Nothing negative in my experience compared to other middlemen services.

Excellent service at the Montreal location. Door to Door service, shipments to Colombia. Never had issues, packages arrived within 5 days of departure, nothing broken or missing from the boxes.

I chose to drop off my package from FedEx at this location. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm greetings. The Spanish clerks were smiling and very friendly. Did not hesitate to assist me and answer my questions.

My experience has been pretty good. I don't understand either the bad reviews. Nobody is perfect. They could be able to coordinate a pickup to get my meds in USA and the turn around was two working days. They even guide me through to pick up my meds here with DHL Customs and pick them up within an hour. For those who place a bad reviews, they have no idea what a courier, logistic company how hard it is for the employees to go above and beyond to please their customers. Good luck.

They sent me a notification telling me to come pick up my package. Showed up that same day but they had shipped my package to another facility without telling me. Clerk gives me an address and tells me to pick up my package there. Drive 20 minutes just to find out my package isn't there either. Dishonest. Rude. Unfamiliar with the technology they're using. Would give 0 stars if I could.

My last experience to send a packet was quite disappointing, the girl on the front desk just made me feel like in Venezuela, in the bad way. Her attitude when she asked for a random description of the products In the box and then when I answered and pointed out that what she asked wasn’t random at all but specifics she rolled the eyes and started to give me attitude, she didn’t even said when the delivery would be arriving or have any details at all.Keep an eye on your employees if you expect us to use your service, which I don’t feel like doing due to my last experience that I will definitely sharing.

The personnel at the Toronto location are not truthful and give wrong information. The prices and instructions given at the site do not coincide with what is shown on the website. Very frustrating!Do not advertise a location in Toronto, if you cannot guarantee the same services you provide at your Montreal location.
